Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.Just check them all if you character is not Character one or Character two. If there are any crashes then you may have to go back and do that part without the table activated? Also I noticed you can control two characters but not sure if you control more later or if there are different IDs for the different characters you control so I added characters 3 and 4 just in case you can't edit one of the ones you get later in the game. One will set your min/max health to 1000, another will just prevent you from being damaged. So, I'm not sure what all of these character editor options do so experiment.
